Recognition in the FT1000

We're thrilled to share that Love Finance has been recognised in the 8th edition of the FT1000 Europe's Fastest Growing Companies, a list compiled annually by The Financial Times and Statista. This accolade is a testament to our team's hard work and dedication, marking us as the 15th fastest-growing finance company in the UK.

The selection process for the FT1000 involves public calls for participation, direct outreach to thousands of companies, and thorough desk research by The Financial Times and Statista.

It highlights companies across Europe that have achieved significant growth in a sustainable and organic manner. Our inclusion in this prestigious list not only celebrates our growth so far but also reinforces our commitment to continue on this path.

Behind Our Growth

In Spring 2022, we moved into a brand-new office in the centre of Birmingham, giving us more space to hire - as well as socialising and meeting spaces. This office quickly filled up, and we spilled into the next-door office, leaving the original purely for sales; with operations, credit, marketing and finance moving across the corridor.

The rapid hiring process continued, and we have now acquired a third office space to expand our team of training account managers.

We've also made an effort to strategically attract top talent to our senior team, all in support of our ambitious growth plans. These steps are vital as we aim to broaden our operational capabilities while maintaining the high level of service our clients expect from us.

Our recent office expansions and focused efforts on growing our team of account managers have been crucial to our success and profitability.

Looking Ahead: Rebranding and Innovation

Looking forward, we're excited about the next chapter in our growth story. We are in the process of rebranding and launching a new lending platform designed to offer our clients a more streamlined and customer-oriented journey. This platform is a reflection of our ongoing commitment to innovation and our desire to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

What This Means to Us

Being named one of the FT1000 Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2024 is a significant milestone for us at Love Finance. It affirms the hard work and strategic planning behind our growth, highlighting our dedication to improving the finance sector for SMEs. This recognition by The Financial Times and Statista serves not only as an acknowledgement of our past achievements but also as a motivation to continue our focus on innovation and customer-centric services. It’s a clear indicator that we're moving in the right direction, and it strengthens our resolve to maintain our growth trajectory and to keep enhancing our offerings for our clients.
