Love Finance is growing faster than ever and to keep up this, we’re excited to welcome Selen Cagirgan as our new Head of Credit and Risk.
Selen joins our leadership team to manage our underwriting,credit, and risk operations across our lending division. During her role as Head of Credit and Risk, she will be transforming our credit strategy and strengthening risk controls while developing scalable frameworks to support sustainable growth.
With over 15 years’ experience across leading FinTech’s and financial institutions, Cagirgan brings deep expertise in credit analytics,portfolio management, and risk governance. She previously served as Head of Credit Risk at Monzo Bank, where she built the bank’s credit risk framework,and most recently at LemFi as Head of Credit, where she launched and rapidly scaled its lending arm within seven months.
